New version of F1000Research paper on chemotherapy response in breast cancer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We have published a new version of:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a title=\"METABRIC paper\" href=\"https:\/\/f1000research.com\/articles\/5-2124\/v2\" target=\"_blank\">Predicting Outcomes of Hormone and Chemotherapy in the Molecular\u00a0Taxonomy of\u00a0Breast Cancer\u00a0International\u00a0Consortium (METABRIC) Study by Biochemically-inspired Machine Learning.<\/a>\u00a0<i>F1000Research<\/i>\u00a02017,\u00a05:2124 (doi:<a href=\"http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.12688\/f1000research.9417.2\" target=\"_blank\">10.12688\/f1000research.9417.2<\/a>)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The revision addresses the comments of the reviewers and adds several new analyses and results. Among our findings was the discovery of significant batch effects that, respectively, differentiate gene expression of signature genes in the Discovery and Validation patient datasets.
