The<a title=\"Shirley et al. 2013\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S1672022913000296\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"broken_link\"> Shannon splicing mutation pipeline<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0component is the only genome-scale software available for non-coding mutation prediction, with proven accuracy and specificity.
